At Floating Islands West, we manufacture each island from post-consumer recycled material. Before ever stepping foot out of our facility, the islands will have already had an impact on the environment by reducing landfill waste and making water stewardship more readily accessible. Once planted and placed into the water, the BioHaven® will serve as a sustainable habitat – providing valuable surface area for micro-organisms which are a critical part of the ecosystem.
